When I started my other blog in August 2006, this is what I wrote on the home page...
"I think God planted the seed for adoption in me at birth. He has blessed me with a love for children...That seed God planted He has been watering the last few years, and He has put me back on the path to fullfilling my life long dream of becoming a mother. While I don't know exactly where this journey will lead I am very excited for the adventure to begin. Realizing that any bumps along this journey are only there to lead me to the child God has destined for me."
So, in trying to come up with a name for my new blog, the one that documents this adventure of mother & daughter. I thought that 'watered seed' is now blooming & growing. So, I asked my Mom what she thought, and she responded she thought it was 'prophetic'. What I didn't know at the time was that she had selected a packet of 'sweet pea' seeds as the favor for my upcoming baby shower.
