Rough Patch

I know it's been forever since I posted...I've been going through a difficult time lately with some various areas in my life, and feel as if I'm hanging on by an unraveling thread.  I'm making a choice each day that I will trust God.  I know He's in control, and all will work out for the good.  "being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." - Phillipians 1:6

I pray I'm a Godly example to Madalynn for how to handle challenges, and struggles.

On a positive note, we had a great mother's day at my brother's house where he cooked custom omelets, and french toast for 8 adults, and 4 kids, .  I was very much impressed.  It was a blessing.

I love being her Mom.  Her birthmom is always close to my heart... I long so much for her to know what a joy she is, and the spunk, laughter, and life she's brought into my life, and home.  She was heavier on my heart this weekend with mother's day.

Of course, in typical New England fashion we go from having one day where I need the heat on, to another day turning on the A/C... it makes dressing my girl quite challenging.  These have all been from the past few weeks on the A/C days.  I love the nice days... she NEEDS time outside to run, and expend energy.
