It's opening day in Red Sox nation!!! Whoo-Hoooo. Grandpa thought the newest member of Red Sox nation needed to be decked out for the occassion, so he went to several stores yesterday on his way home from work to get her a cap & t-shirt.
Those of you who aren't members of Red Sox nation may not be able to appreciate how significant this is, but this is one of the high holidays on our calendar. I mean what other baseball team has news coverage when their equipment trucks leave Fenway Park to head for spring training?? Not the players mind you, but the equipment trucks!!
Also, because the opening day game was played in Japan at 6am our time, it is now over, and the Red Sox have their first victory of 6-5 in extra innings!!

Kylie has that same hat and an official pink red sox jersey. Nanny just had to buy it for her after our POA trip.
